Charles Village Pub, or CVP, is an extremely popular bar and restaurant located in Towson, Maryland. CVP always has something going on such as bikini contests, bull riding, beer pong and much more! CVP also has specials and giveaways throughout the week! David Tart, marketing director, is the person behind all of these fun activities.
